Refund and Return Policy

 

Vastu Panditji is committed to quality, but due to the spiritual and often customized nature of our products and services, our return window is strict.

1. Return Window

  • A return or exchange request must be registered within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 24-hour period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange (Physical Products)

  • Items must be in an unused, resalable condition.

  • A video should be recording during the unboxing of the product to justify if the product is eligible to be returned.

  • All original packaging, tags, and product documentation must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Vastu Yantras, energized Pyramids, and customized items.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable content, e-books, and pre-recorded courses.

  • Services: Vastu Consultations, personalized reports, and reiki/energy healing sessions (once delivered or performed).

  • Sale Items: Products purchased at a discount or during a promotional sale are not eligible for a refund.

  • Minor Variations: As many of our items are handcrafted or natural (crystals/stones), minor variations in color, size, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are limited to cases where an item is defective or damaged during transit. We will replace the item with the exact same product.

  • To initiate an exchange, you must email our support team with your order details and photos of the damage.

5. Refund Process & Charges

  • Refund Deduction (Shipping/Processing): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A processing and return shipping fee of ₹180 will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns. Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

  • Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Full refund to the original payment method. Please call or email immediately within 60 minutes as after this period the cancellation will carry a cancellation charge*.

  • After Dispatch: The order is treated as a return. A cancellation*/shipping fee of ₹180 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses a delivery, the actual shipping charges for both ways (typically ₹240 total) will be deducted from any applicable refund.
