Shipping Policy

Vastu Panditji provides reliable and timely delivery services across India and select international locations.

1. Order Processing

• Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are typically dispatched on the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays/Public Holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes (Pan-India Standard)

• Delivery generally takes 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

• Metro Cities: 7 business days.

• Other Locations: 7-14 business days.

3. Shipping Partners

• We use reputable national courier services (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure reliable delivery.

4. Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order using the link provided or on our website's "Track Order" section.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.

6. International Shipping

• We accept international orders. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any government-imposed fees levied by the destination country.

• Refused International Packages: If an international customer refuses to pay customs charges, the full cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from the order value before any remaining funds are refunded.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be marked for return to our warehouse. Please contact us immediately if you miss a delivery attempt.
